Before submitting your project, please read the following carefully.

By submitting materials to Always True Distribution, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You own or control the rights necessary to submit the project.

  • Submission does not create a partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or confidential relationship with Always True Distribution.

  • You understand that creative similarities may occur independently and do not, by themselves, establish copying or misuse.

  • Submission does not grant you any ownership interest in Always True Distribution or any of its present or future projects.

  • No compensation or obligation exists unless both parties execute a separate written agreement.

  • Always True Distribution reviews completed audiovisual works for distribution consideration and does not accept unsolicited scripts, treatments, pitches, concepts, or story ideas through this submission form.

  • All materials will be used solely for evaluating your project for potential distribution.

  • Always True Distribution respects the originality of every submission. At the same time, you acknowledge that creative works often explore similar ideas, themes, genres, settings, and concepts independently. Similarities between works do not, by themselves, establish copying or misuse.
